2017 was great. But 2018 will be better.
A huge thanks to everybody that was part of our journey in 2017, creating an alternative multiplayer experience for GTA V.
We obviously had up & downs over the last couple of months since the foundation of GT-MP. But we are still here, and even tho our team changed, we have still the same goal. Creating one of the best alternative multiplayer experiences out there.
2017 began with our fork off another project - the idea of doing it better with the community together. That was roughly about 7 months ago and we already made a big step into the right direction. Most of the time we were round about two developers (including me) actively working on GT-MP. We are aware of the issues that currently exist and I can ensure we are working on those, but it takes time and people forget that we are really not a big development team working on this. Everything we do is done on our spare time, next to jobs & real life.
2018 will start with our first huge update aiming on improving the stability & performance of GT-MP
- also including a lot of bug fixes and some neat new features. This is only the beginning and more will follow. We are also going to improve our transparency by granting everyone access to our future milestones & roadmap for future versions.
I wish everybody a great start into the year 2018 and everything you need to reach your goals.
